General Rules
- Bets are accepted on Penalty Shootout, a virtual football event generated using a randomizer and football simulation.
- The event follows the standard rules of a post-match penalty shootout: each team takes 5 mandatory penalties, alternating kicks. If the score is level after 5 penalties have been taken by each team, the shootout proceeds to sudden death (one penalty per team) until a winner is determined. The shootout may end earlier if one team gains an unassailable lead before all 5 penalties are taken (for example, 3–0 after 3 kicks each).
- All markets will be settled in accordance with the standard football rules for penalty shootouts, unless otherwise stated.
- The official result is based on the final score of the shootout.
- Markets related to individual penalties will be settled based on the outcome of the relevant kick.
- If the event is interrupted due to technical issues (for example, system failure or disconnection), all bets will be void and refunded.
- If the video broadcast is interrupted due to a technical malfunction (for example, disconnection or DDoS attack), this will not constitute grounds for cancelling bets.
- The Operator reserves the right to settle markets based on official event data or logs in the event of discrepancies.
- Any situations not covered by these rules will be resolved in accordance with the General Sportsbook Rules.
